What we collect
Only the data submitted in the quote form: name, company, email, WhatsApp, country, destination port, model, quantity and unit, reference colour and project requirements.
Technical access data: no analytics tool installed at this time.
Why we use it
To respond to the inquiry and prepare a commercial quotation. We do not use the data for marketing without separate consent.
Legal basis
Consent of the data subject, given by ticking the confirmation box in the form, under the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
Who we share it with
Email provider and website hosting: Hostinger. We do not sell personal data.
International transfer
Website hosting is on servers located in Brazil, provided by Hostinger. The email service is provided by Hostinger, which determines where messages are stored.
The controller, KAYNOR, is based in China. Data submitted through the quote form is accessed by the controller’s commercial team in China in order to answer the inquiry and prepare the quotation, which constitutes an international transfer of data. This transfer relies on the data subject’s specific and highlighted consent (Art. 33, IX, of the LGPD), given in the form itself, and is limited to the purposes described in this policy. We do not share data with third parties other than the providers named above.
How long we keep it
Two years from the last contact; after that period the data is deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data by writing to support@kaynor.online.
